“Our stories are not for us; they are for others.”

A visionary, discipled to heal, Breah Robinson is a Womanist Therapist whose work is centered around

helping Black women helpers, and healers reconnect, rediscover, and redefine their womanhood in

order to better care for themselves, achieve better balance, and harmonize their lives. As a wife, mom

of 3, helper, and Healer, Breah is no stranger to the conflicting roles of womanhood, where balance

and harmony seem to be hard to achieve and maintain. She teaches women how to prioritize their

needs, in order to show up fully for themselves and for others.

The soul of her work is shaped by her own healing journey. Confronting her own pain and shame,

Breah embarked on a healing journey that changed her life as she healed through self-work. It was

through this experience, she discovered the framework that has helped to liberate many women from

the pain and shame of their past. Breah’s desire is that every woman experiences an encounter that

helps them discover their own truths by healing past hurts from childhood, relationships, and low self

esteem. She is committed to supporting Black Millennial women to heal and live their truths out loud.

Breah is a social agent of change. Her professional work focuses on dismantling systems built to

oppress Black women and suppress Black women voices. Her mission is to empower a subjective

lens of Black womanhood to amplify the uniqueness of the Black woman experience while also

drawing strength from our collective struggle to resource pain into power and rewrite the narrative. Her

specialized focus and growing research is centered in liberating Black women from Body Image

shame and trauma with a holistic Womanist approach.

Breah is a strong advocate for family strengthening and collectivity. Among her many passions is

contributing to advocacy work for individuals with Autism, as she navigates with her family the growing

changes of their 4 year old son’s Autism diagnosis.
