Tough upbringing with an alcoholic dad physically abusive and a mother with severe mental health issues… mentally & emotionally abusive.
Being authentic gives oermission for others to open up. I use all my traumatic experiences (storytelling) to share & help others. I build up a proper trusting relationship through empathy and only then the therapeutic journey can take place, working together 🥰
