NEW NOISE Vol. II - Episode 3 "On The Edge"

Hunter and Max are back, microphone cords tangled and mission still gloriously absurd, for another volume of NEW NOISE: The Podcast Saving Rock N' Roll. The quest to resurrect a genuine rock and roll spirit continues, but they're not shouting into the void alone. This season introduces Tina and Joanne, two musicians whose own creative paths are at a turning point and who find a strange kind of hope in the chaotic blueprint of Unreal Records. They’re joined, of course, by the ever-reliable Julio, a fixture in the scene who provides the essential trio of support: a sympathetic ear, a spare couch, or a much-needed reality check. Each episode of this podcast feels less like a produced show and more like you’ve been pulled into the backroom of a venue that still smells like stale beer and electric guitar feedback. The conversations are raw, the debates are passionate, and the search for the next great riff or resonant lyric is treated with a mix of deadly seriousness and self-aware humor. You’ll hear the stumbling blocks, the small victories, and the unvarnished opinions on what it actually takes to make music that matters today. It’s a chronicle of creation, frustration, and camaraderie, all dedicated to the idea that rock isn't dead-it just needs people crazy enough to go looking for its pulse. Tune in to hear the messy, authentic, and often hilarious process of trying to save the very thing you love.
