Season 5 Ep 13: Are You In? Tuning In to the Divine

Season 5 Ep 13: Are You In? Tuning In to the Divine

Author: Lisa Kuzman June 28, 2021 Duration: 15:32

Hang onto your hat, because this episode is going to be a little bit wild. I want to talk about intuition, the spiritual practices that are a huge part of my work, and the idea of tuning in to the divine. I've held back from discussing this in the past, but no more!

To be honest, when I knew I had to record a podcast for this week, I felt a little stuck until one of my amazing clients encouraged me to talk about all of this. When it comes to our personal development journeys, the more we become who we are, tell the truth about our experiences, and align within ourselves, we expand our access points to the divine.

I've said it a few times before, but I just want you to know that I appreciate every single one of you out there listening. If you like engaging in conversations about some of the same topics I discuss on the show, I hope you'll join my trauma sensitive leadership group! https://www.facebook.com/groups/764082764458292/

There's a quiet shift happening in how we think about authority and influence, and New Wave Leadership Podcast is right at the heart of it. Host Lisa Kuzman believes traditional, top-down leadership models have run their course, proving ineffective for today's complex world. Instead, this movement champions a much broader, more inclusive vision. Each episode digs into the real, often unspoken challenges that come with stepping into a role of influence, whether you're in a corner office, a community group, or simply leading your own life. The conversations here actively work to expand our definition of who gets to be a leader, arguing passionately for the necessity of diverse identities, perspectives, and lived experiences at the helm. You'll hear frank discussions about authenticity, the personal hurdles leaders navigate behind closed doors, and practical ideas for cultivating your own unique leadership identity without conforming to outdated standards. Tuning into this podcast feels like joining a necessary dialogue-one that moves beyond theory to explore what it genuinely means to show up and make an impact on your own terms.
