New Wave Leadership Podcast
My guest this week was Dusti Arab, a brand strategist who specializes in elevating the personality-driven brands of women on the rise who want to make a difference. Dusti got her start writing on the internet at a very young age, and has had an online business for over a decade — which means she's definitely got some stories to share.
This was a lovely, free-flowing conversation that touched on so many different topics near & dear to my heart:
...and yes, a WHOLE lot more, especially about neurodiversity.
"I was definitely trying to find my voice and figure out who I was, learning how to navigate that space and figure out what was mine and what wasn't. I did everything wrong — and that was probably the best possible way for me to learn how I did actually want to show up on the internet as that conversation started to evolve."
Dusti, thank you so much for coming onto the show! I loved hearing everything you had to share and I know the listeners will, too. Want more from Dusti? You won't find her teenage Livejournal anymore, but to learn more about her, start at http://www.dustiarab.com/ and https://www.thereinvention.co/
