Medically Important Mold Remediation (MIR) for Chemically Sensitive Clients

Medically Important Mold Remediation (MIR) for Chemically Sensitive Clients

Author: Andrew Pace July 24, 2025 Duration: 58:10

On today's episode, I'm talking with Ryan Riedy, president of Square One Restorations in Arizona. Ryan is a mold, asbestos remediation contractor, fire and water damage cleanup contractor. But Ryan actually got his start in doing remodeling, house flips, investment properties, an interesting story.  Ryan actually developed chronic inflammatory response syndrome himself from everything he's been exposed to in his career. And so we have a great conversation today talking about traditional mold remediation projects and what is now called MIR, medically important remediation specifically for people who have extreme chronic health issues and how the processes are different between just traditional mold remediation and then the medically important remediation. So I think we'll enjoy today's conversation. It's very eyeopening. It's a lot to take in, a lot to learn, but I think you'll very much appreciate it. Thanks for joining.
