The problem with trying to overcome yourself and fix your problems from the same mind that created the protection from the trauma you experienced, is that you will end up trying to gather more information, which can actually put you in a loop and create even more self-sabotage.

And in order to heal from trauma and overcome patterns, it's not about the mind. Because the trauma is stuck in the body and needs to be seen and released in order for healing to happen.

What we share is for people who have felt that stuckness and who want to drop deeper into awareness of their nervous system and begin to repair their traumas over their lifetime that they didn't know about, so that they can finally stop trying to fix themselves and finally begin to heal.

In today's episode, we'll give you the insights and techniques to ground your nervous system so that you can stay calm and centered throughout your life, to create more peace and well-being in your relationships. Tune in!
