Today we are discussing  First Day Hikes at Lake Texoma State Park in Kingston, Oklahoma.

Start 2025 off on the right foot with a rewarding hike through one of Oklahoma's scenic state parks. Get a head start on those fitness resolutions, embark on a guided nature-watching adventure, or simply enjoy the crisp January air with friends and family.

Located in Kingston, Oklahoma, Lake Texoma State Park offers many things to do including water activities, camping, picnic areas, hiking, equestrian trails and wildlife viewing. With 93,000 surface acres of water, you can have enjoy a range of water activities from boating, kayaking and canoeing to swimming, fishing and more. Camp in one the two RV areas featuring 30 and 50 amp full hookups with water service or the tent sites with showers and boat ramps.

Lake Texoma State Park is also proud to be a premier striper bass hotspot in the southwest and home to the Texoma Striper Guide Association. The full-service Catfish Bay Marina is located within the park with a fuel dock and striper guide fishing services. The park also has a marina mart with a convenience store and a gas station.
