Jason talks about what got him started as a BBQ chef and recounts the first time he ever lit a flame under a grill. Jason talks about his experience at the Stagecoach Festival in California and names some of the big stars he had the opportunity to cook for. Jason is a working member of Operation BBQ Relief and has helped serve over 11 million meals to people after tragedy.
