Bo and the crew talk about the state of the SEC after conference realignment, the tight end battle at Ole Miss, and the future of the ACC in the first hour of the show live in the BankPlus Studio. Bo is at the beach so the guys talk about his vacation and a guest coming back onto the show for the first time in a while. Bo and the crew listen to audio from Greg Sankey about the SEC not needing to be in four time zones in order to have the entire country watching the conference. The guys talk about Greg Sankey holding his ground with the SEC and the fact that they don't need to go out looking for schools to join. Bo and the crew look at the tight end competition at Ole Miss and the guys talk about the money spent on the position through NIL. College football insider Tom Luginbill joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about what happened to the Pac 12, the future of ACC schools and Ole Miss receiver talent live in the BankPlus Studio. Tom talks about how he was filling in for someone on a PAC 12 radio station when all of the news started to drop on teams leaving the conference and Tom says it was the most awkward three hours of his career. Tom talks about the reaction of the PAC 12 downfall and recalls USC not allowing any teams to join the conference only to leave with UCLA the next year. Bo and Tom talk about how the Longhorn Network helped ESPN keep Texas and worked towards their eventual move to the SEC. Bo believes there will soon be a fight over North Carolina and NC State between the SEC and Big 10 and that Florida State and Clemson might not have a seat at the table. Tom talks about how Florida State's exit fee would be around $120 million and it could cost hundreds of millions more to cover the legal fees. Tom believes that the ACC will stand strong because they have a higher revenue share and the conference is stable for now. Bo asks Tom if the conference changes will change his game calling schedule and Tom talks about a change in TV times and what will show besides Big 10 games. Tom talks about the possibility of more games moving from conference networks like the SEC and ACC Network. Bo switches over to news about Ole Miss and asks Tom to talk about Lane Kiffin's frustration surrounding TE Michael Trigg. Tom talks about Trigg being overblown at USC because of the lack of talent surrounding him and how the landscape changed in Oxford. Bo asks Tom about transfer tight end Caden Prieskorn and Tom talks about the former Memphis Tiger as an important addition because of his conference and career accolades. Tom breaks down the Ole Miss receivers and what could be possible for transfer Zakhari Franklin on the outside.
