Big Q & DC covers the latest on the New Orleans Pelicans. In this stream we recap the Pelicans fourth summer league match up verses the Charlotte Hornets. New Orleans somehow pitched a shutout on the scoreboard for the first seven-plus minutes of Thursday’s game vs. Charlotte, building an 18-0 lead before the opposition put the ball through the hoop for the first time.
The Hornets then mounted a mid-game rally to make the matchup much more competitive, but the Pelicans ultimately took control again in the second half, notching a third straight victory in Las Vegas. Dereon Seabron led New Orleans with 20 points on 9/13 shooting, getting to the basket constantly for a steady stream of layups, both in transition and halfcourt drives to the hoop.
