They also talk with USC southpaw ace Mason Edwards about his incredible season that earned him Big Ten Pitcher of the Year honors Tuesday. Shotgun and Kasey take a look at the Trojans' series loss in Eugene where every game was decided by a run, including two games going into extra innings with USC winning the opener 2-1 in 1 1 innings, dropping the middle game 4-3 and then losing a heartbreaker 6-5 in 14 innings on a walk-off two-out suicide squeeze. Shotgun and Kasey also take a look at where the Trojans stands in the rankings and key resume metrics, including looking at their regional host potential (or lack thereof).
