Persian rap

There's a raw, urgent energy in the rap music emerging from Iran, a scene built on passion and perspective. Persian Rap is a space dedicated entirely to that conversation, hosted by Storm. This isn't about delivering lectures or reviews; it's about gathering voices. Each episode functions as an open forum, a collective dive into the sounds, stories, and societal echoes found within Iranian hip-hop. We listen to tracks that define moments, dissect lyrics that carry weight, and explore how artists navigate creativity within a complex cultural landscape. The core of this podcast is built on a simple, powerful idea: let's all say your opinion about rap in Iran. You'll hear from fans, perhaps from artists themselves, and always from Storm, who guides these discussions with a genuine connection to the music. Expect authentic, sometimes unfiltered dialogue about rhythm and rhyme as a form of expression and resistance. If you're curious about the heartbeat of contemporary Persian soundscapes, or if you have your own thoughts on the genre, this series provides a compelling microphone. Tune in to be part of a community dissecting the flow and the friction, one beat and one opinion at a time.
