1. Estimate project tasks (milestones, dependencies, story points). This involves identifying all of the tasks that need to be completed in order to deliver the project, as well as the dependencies between those tasks. Coordinate with other projects and other operations. If the project is part of a larger program or portfolio, it is important to coordinate the schedule with the schedules of other projects and operations.
