Ep 53: You Don't Have to Smile

Ep 53: You Don't Have to Smile

Author: Natalee Facey June 30, 2024 Duration: 43:18

You don't have to smile. You don't.

I've been sitting with what it would be like to have a world where we can each show up with all the emotions that are present with us—showing up with the grief, the regret, the fear, the frustration—without feeling the need to "fix" yourself or those emotions before being in the room again.

This episode explores the cultural patterns that train us into smiling for the camera even when we don't feel like it and dreams up a new way of being with the emotions that are authentic in each moment.

If you enjoy today's episode, please share the love with someone who might find it useful as well.
