Author: Natalee Facey January 20, 2025 Duration: 1:06:28

It's 2025! Hello, Dear One and Happy New Year!

Today's episode walks us through what it's like to be pregnant after a loss or traumatic prior experience related to birthing or pregnancy. I also share ways that those experience can impact your relationship with your partner.

And what I'm MOST excited about is to share that I'll be hosting a 5-week group container starting the first week of Feb 2025 for folks who are pregnant and now experiencing a lot of fear, anxiety, and worry as they move through their pregnancy. Is that you? Or is it someone in your circle? If so, find details of the program at nataleefacey.com/joyfulpregnancy

I am a Resilience Coach, Birth Doula, and Emotional Healing Guide, walking alongside women and femmes like you who've experienced womb-related loss, such as infertility, a pregnancy loss, infant loss, traumatic pregnancy or childbirth, or missed opportunity to become pregnant.

I've been recognized by the Borough of Brooklyn, New York for supporting families who've experienced pregnancy and infant loss and have the honor of being a confidante, cheerleader, guide, and space-holder for beautiful beings like you across the world.

I was born on the island of Jamaica, where I credit my love for nature, music, dancing, and belly laughs as medicine! This healing work for me is sacred, a soul-calling...and it truly is a gift to weave and be woven in this incredible tapestry with you.
