Episode 152: How to Get Client Referrals

Episode 152: How to Get Client Referrals

Author: Kristin Morrison | Pet Business Coach | Pet Sitting, Dog Walking and Dog Training Business Tips October 22, 2024 Duration: 0:00

Jeremy has owned his pet care business for a few years, and he’s got a lot of 5-star Yelp reviews and many clients who love his pet services.

In this coaching session, he’s feeling frustrated because he would like to get referrals from his clients, but it rarely happens. He’s not sure what to do to get referrals from his clients without being pushy.

Obviously, Jeremy can’t force his clients to refer him but there are specific strategies he can begin doing that can assist him in reaching out to his clients with the intention of inspiring his clients to refer his business to their family, friends and online. We’ll cover this and a lot more in this pet business coaching session.
