Revolution! - 50-A is Repealed, Chauvin's charges are Upgraded, the other officers are indicted-Qualified Immunity Backlash

These protests are working! There has been sweeping changes across the country. So John Rinaldi and Walter Deptuch discuss the changes in the legal landscape.

All four officers involved in George Floyd's death have been indicted. Minnesota's Attorney General steps in and Chauvin's charges are upgraded to second degree murder.

New York repeals the law that sealed police disciplinary records.

We talk about Qualified Immunity and how the backlash against it might (or might not) aid in holding police officers accountable.

Minnesota disbands its police department and the police chief there publicly calls out the union for keeping bad cops on the payroll.

And New Jersey has maintained some pretty peaceful protests while being one of the quickest to institute new changes.
