John and Walter are back and this week they discuss John's favorite Amendment- the 9th! And why it doesn't get discussed in as many Supreme Court opinions as John and Walter may hope. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.


Then they talk about "Negative Precedent"- the thing John Roberts fears most! John Roberts fears the demons of Plessy v. Ferguson and Dredscott, and he certainly does not want his court to be associated with such decisions.


Then it's the Nation Vote Compact- an agreement amongst multiple states to pledge their delegates to the winner of the popular vote. Will it survive a Constitutional challenge? If so, what may be some of said challenges brought?


Last, Walter brings up a potential legal issue in the world of football! The Washington Football team might have to take on a bunch of trademark trolls!
