সুরা আল হাজ্জ্ব (আরবি: سورة الحج, "তীর্থযাত্রা, হজ্জ") কুরআনের ২২তম সূরা। এই সূরাটি মদীনায় অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। এর আয়াত সংখ্যা ৭৮। সুরাটি মূলত মুসলমানদের অবশ্য পালনীয় ধর্মীয় কর্ম হাজ্জ্ব এবং হাজ্জ্ব সংক্রান্ত দিকটি বেশি উম্মচিত হয়েছে।
