Leadership is the most difficult position you can take in both life and business.

To step into leadership fully you must win the inner war.

Both the triumphs and tragedies of being in the arena true leadership ossifies and crystalizes into practical applications for real life versus hypothetical life.

It might be natural to assume that since we're discussing leadership I consider myself an expert on the topic.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

My fallibilities are quite apparent to both me and maybe you as well.

I'm learning and growing and hopefully improving every single day.

I'm just fortunate enough to have been through enough difficult battles and leadership tight spots to learn what works in some areas and what doesn't work in others...
