CCTV tracked her walking round the store, casually speaking on her phone and browsing, before paying for her items, leaving, and getting into her car. But when Kelsey didn't show up at home and was quickly reported as missing, officers watched the CCTV footage again... this time more closely. When they did, they caught sight of something suspicious. A man dressed in a white t shirt was seen in every single location Kelsey was seen in. Although he was always stood just slightly away from her.
