I truly feel led to share this with you.    In today's episode, I wanted to do a brief share the Redemption part of this podcast and the years I spent working in the nightlife industry. I thought I was healthy because I did go to the gym but I was living an unhealthy lifestyle both physically, spiritually and I should add, emotionally.
