Hosted by Ben Dadbin, Resonance Rising : Healing with Energy and Alternative Medicine explores the practical meeting point of ancient wisdom and modern science. This isn't about abstract theory; it's a deep dive into the tangible applications of energy medicine for chronic conditions and personal optimization. Conversations with physicists, physicians, and holistic practitioners move beyond conventional narratives, examining how modalities like targeted sound frequencies and specific light wavelengths can influence our biology. The core premise, drawn from quantum perspectives, suggests our physical reality is a manifestation of vibrational energy. Each episode of this podcast unpacks that idea, translating it into actionable insights for health and longevity. You'll hear detailed discussions on biohacking techniques that listeners can contextualize within their own lives, always grounded in the experiences of leading researchers and clinicians. The dialogue bridges categories from fitness to physics, creating a unique space where alternative practices are examined through a rigorous, yet open-minded, lens. Tune in for a thoughtful exploration of how tuning your own energy can potentially reshape your well-being.
