On the heels of my last episode on leaky gut, in this episode I'm digging into histamine intolerance (and your gut). It's an issue I myself dealt with for a long time and am seeing on the rise in my practice. My hope is sharing this will help people become more aware of this issue and how it could be impacting them and what they can do to recover.
