One of the most powerful glands in your body in terms of how you cope with stress, how your body regulates hormones, whether or not you are gaining weight are your adrenal glands. What your body does with food depends on whether or not you are in a mode of thriving or surviving. Your adrenal glands control a switch that causes you to thrive. When you body is thriving you burn fat, you feel energized, your body functions properly. BUT, when you are in survival mode you will store fat and feel tired. Right now, we are in a collective 'survival mode'.

In this episode, I talk nerdy to you about your AMAZING adrenal glands and all the things they do for you when they work properly.
