An inspiring and educational podcast about an athlete with a right, below knee amputation who is aspiring to complete a 100 mile trail run.

Hosted by Dr Kerry-Ann Walton, soon to be sports physician and all round sport enthusiast herself, from Pietermaritzburg in KwaZulu-Natal.

Joined by two guests

1) Travis Warwick-Oliver: The above mentioned inspirational athlete who will share about his journey and aspirations, as well as the problems he is encountering as a result of his disability when running.

2) Professor Wayne Derman: Well known and respected by many in the medical field. He is the Executive Head of the Department of Exercise, Sport and Lifestyle Medicine at Stellenbosch University as well as the Chairperson of the Interna;onal Paralympic Medical Committee. He will use his experience and knowledge to try help solve some of Travis’s problems and hopefully assist him in achieving his goal.
