"Ratburgers!" - TROLL (1986)

Author: Patrick K. Walsh May 6, 2022 Duration: 1:16:46

With Friday, May 13th looming on the calendar, it's time for another FRIDAY THE 13th SPECTACULAR episode!

This time we're celebrating the work of JOHN CARL BUECHLER ("Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood") and his infamous 1986 cult classic TROLL.

A banished troll king seeks to bring back his lost world of dark fairies by nefariously transforming the residents of a San Francisco apartment building into evil mystical creatures.

Whimsical fantasy or antigay propaganda? YOU DECIDE!

My special guest is MAYA MURPHY, so you can expect some OPINIONS!

TROLL was directed by JOHN CARL BUECHLER and stars MICHAEL MORIARTY, SHELLEY HACK, NOAH HATHAWAY, SONNY BONO, GARY SANDY, JUNE LOCKHART and JULIA LOUIS DREYFUSS.

For my birthday this year, I am once again raising funds for BACKPACKS FOR THE STREET, an organization that delivers backpacks full of essential supplies to the homeless of New York City. Please consider making a donation at www.ScreamQueenz.com/backpacks.

July is GAY WRATH MONTH at the ScreamQueenz Virtual Drive-In featuring 5 movies designed to make them FEAR THE QUEERS! Click the links to view the trailers.
