Restoring Self-Trust

Restoring Self-Trust

Author: Debra Graugnard October 27, 2024 Duration: 44:23

When we make mistakes, we can lose faith in ourselves, but self-trust can be restored. Mistakes are inevitable, but when they are accompanied by embarrassment, humiliation, shame, or guilt, they can install this roadblock and warning sign that says "Don't ever go down this road again!" We're left feeling like we can't trust ourselves, and we drive through life with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brakes at all times.

That passion we once felt for life dampens. The inner spark gets dimmed by all the walls we put around it. But that spark is still there, and it can be revived as you restore trust in yourself.

Restoring self-trust is the topic of this Meditation & Healing Circle. Listen to this episode for a personal healing experience.

You're invited to join us LIVE for The Meditation & Healing Circle - every Sunday at 10am US ET / 7am US PT. When you join live, you can stay on after the recorded meditation for Q&A, support and discussion. https://CommunityforConsciousLiving.com

Debra Graugnard brings a unique perspective to Self-Care For The Soul, weaving together her formal theological training with a quarter-century of immersion in Sufi teachings and her practical work as an energy healing practitioner. This isn't about quick fixes or surface-level routines; it's an invitation to explore self-care as a sacred, integrated practice. Each conversation in this podcast delves into the nuanced connection between our physical presence, emotional landscape, and spiritual essence, offering tangible tools for that exploration. You'll hear discussions that gently challenge the notion that our daily needs are separate from our deeper purpose, proposing instead that honoring one is a direct path to nurturing the other. Debra's approach is both grounded and expansive, focusing on how we can move from intellectual understanding to an embodied, intimate knowing of ourselves. The aim is to cultivate a life that doesn't just look good on the outside but resonates with authentic health and a sustained sense of joy from within. Tuning in means encountering a space where practical spirituality meets daily life, encouraging a gradual awakening to the truth that your essence is always present, waiting to be engaged with compassion and intention. This is for anyone feeling the pull to move beyond conventional self-help into a more holistic and soulful dialogue with their own existence.
