In this episode of Self-improvement Atlas: The Personal Science Insights Podcast host, Aditi Kutty, sits down with Elizabeth Varga, MS, CGC, is a licensed genetic counselor and the Director of Clinical Genomics Research and Development in the Institute for Genomic Medicine at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. In this role, she oversees development and implementation of genomic research into several areas of pediatric medicine.  Elizabeth has almost 20 years of clinical experience as a genetic counselor, specializing primarily in pediatric blood and cancer genetics. She has served on the Board of Directors for the National Society of Genetic Counselors and was a founding Board member of the National Blood Clot Alliance. Recently, she advanced her studies related to Jungian psychology through a series of coursework offered through Personality Hacker.  She also founded Your Genius Coaching, LLC to help individuals identify, articulate and attain their personal and career goals.  She uses personality assessments and proven coaching techniques to support her clients in their growth path.
