Action and Reaction

Action and Reaction

Author: Bijibilla Rama Rao February 16, 2026 Duration: 8:24

Action refers to an initial behavior or occurance, while reaction is the response of effect resulting from that action.

“A life of reaction is a life of slavery, intellectually and spirritually. One must fight for a life of action, not reaction.” — Rita Mae Brown

“Our reaction to a situation literally has the power to change the situation itself.” — Unknown

“Action and reaction are equal and opposite, and are expressed simultaneously. Sequentially they are repeated in reverse, the reaction becoming the action and the action the reaction.” — Walter Russell

“To every action there is always opposed an equal reaction: or the mutual actions of two bodies upon each other are always equal, and directed to contrary parts.” — Isaac Newton

“Action, reaction, motivation, emotion, all have to come from the characters. Writing a love scene requires the same. Elements from the writer as any other.” — Nora Roberts

An action is a deliberate behavior or occurance initiated by an individual or system. It can be proactive step, such as making a decision or performing a task. In physics, an action can refer to a force applied to an object, like pushing a door open.

A reaction is the response that occurs as a direct result of an action. It can be involuntary and spontaneous, such as flinching when startled. In physics, the reaction is the force that an object exerts back in response to an action, as described by Newton’s Third Law of motion.

The relationship between action and reaction is often illustrated by Newton’s Third Law of Motion, which states: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” This means that when one object exerts a force on another, the second object exerts a force of equal magnitude but in the opposite direction on the first object. For example, when you push against a wall, the wall pushes back with equal force.

Belief is a great concept! One has to believe the people or a system after careful study to understand better to live in this universe in a systematic and dynamic way makes an impact on us and others as well in reality. It inspires and empowers us to move forward with great zeal of enthusiasm in order to fetch the best results in real life. It also generates power within. It creates an idea to think and love the people near and dear to find the ways and means to get the knowledge about a particular issue or learn something new in this aspect. Knowledge is more powerful. It makes us to determine and dedicate to sacrifice and focus more on our desired goals. Goal setting is ultimate. An idea can change this world to great extent. It keeps on changing from time to time. We should have sufficient knowledge on everything to plan well and perform better to get the results in our favor. Then only things will happen in reality. When we believe something it should have some cause and run the system strongly gives clarity. It makes us to provide our services to find the ways and means in useful manner gives some kind of results even if it takes some time we should wait patiently for obtaining the results will give some kind of pleasure and satisfaction. Patience plays key role in this regard. Waiting for an opportunity is key in this respect. Slow and steady wins the race is the best policy. Steadiness gives the best results. When we study we stay and wait for the results. Nothing happens instantly. Instant results will not fetch much. They will not stay with us forever. Your effort is your valuable asset. Effort will never go waste. It has its own value. It gives ability and strength. Be strong. Be stable. Be effective. Generate to live in your way and create a path to use by others. Then you live in the hearts of people and gives an immense pleasure and joy coupled with satisfaction elevates you to the next level in real life. Action alone gives results. Move forward to get things done in real life.
