Know Your Worth

Know Your Worth

Author: Bijibilla Rama Rao January 4, 2026 Duration: 7:50

To “know your worth” means to understand and appreciate your intrinsic value as a person. It involves recognizing your strengths, talents and unique qualities without relying on others for validation.

“You weren’t stupid for getting into and stuck in bad relationships and situations, you just didn’t love yourself enough or see your worth. Forgive your younger self for thinking so little of you. From now on, move forward in life, with love for yourself and aware of your worth. This will give you the ability to walk away from those who, for whatever reason, just don’t see it.” — blogspot.com

“When someone treats you like you’re just one of many options, help them narrow their choice by removing yourself from the equation. Sometimes you have to try not to care, no matter how much you do. Because sometimes you can mean almost nothing to someone who means so much to you. It’s not pride — it’s self respect. Don’t give part-time people a fulltime position in your life. Know your value and what you have to offer and never settle for anything less than what you deserve.” — pinterest.com

“If you’re not being treated with love and respect, check your ‘price tag’. Perhaps you have marked yourself down. It’s you who tells people what you’re worth by what you accept. Get off the ‘clearance rack’ and get behind the glass where they keep all the valuables. “That’s where you belong.” — pinterest.com

“Self-acceptance is the first step of self-confidence. No matter how much you imitate confiident people’s moves you can never be confident like you imagine. Accept your actions, height, weight, shyness, coldness, sensitivity, weirdness, abilities and other physical and personal traits you have. Accept yourself as a whole. Don’t hesitate to face with the real you. If any improvement needed, do it for yourself, your health and well-being not to impress others.” — The Minds journal.com
