It is the practice of demonstrating accountability, empathy, and integrity such as taking responsibility for mistakes, mentoring team members, and aligning decisions with stated values. Leadership in action is about translating vision into reality, empowering others, and leading by example. Discover the most impactful quotes emphasizing deeds over position and influence.

"The most powerful leadership tool you have is your own personal example." — John Wooden

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”—John Quincy Adams

Leadership is lifting a person's vision to high sights, the raising of a person's performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations. —Peter Drucker

Leadership in action is a great concept! A leader should have the leadership qualities. The real leader can only lead the team and make it strong in reality. Then only the industry can run and grow in better way to set an example to this world. TATA product is one among them. It created brand image for several decades in the minds of people in this universe. It is universally acceptable by many of us. They served by creating the gigantic institutions and provided employment by producing the essential products like tea, salt, steel, housing, information technology, communications, automobiles, electronics, airlines, chemicals, consumer products etc. It is good to learn that they are planning to enter as part of corporate social responsibility with non-profit moto by establishing educational and health sectors is essential and a good sign to serve the world with good intention is highly appreciated and acceptable in this context. It is time to invite them to face the challenges that occur at this juncture by many of us gives some kind of relief to the poor and needy. It is becoming costly to meet the cost of education and health by common man may give some relief and rechable to the downtrodden community if they really do it with non-profit motto makes some sense and gives a meaning to it. No doubt, TATA group has proved and shown their strength and willingness to serve the world with their services all over the world. Quality health and higher education keeps-up our standards to meet the needs and requirements in day-to-day life upgrades our lives and increase the standards in reality. Industry expansion is a good sign for good cause. Affordable education and health care improves our livelihood which helps to make the better society at large. Society growth is our own growth. It is good to learn that Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore has come forward to assit and establish new undergraduate schools is worth mentioned here on this occasion. Let us wish the other institutions also will come forward in health sector to extend their support will certainly meet the needs of our society. I strongly believe with this initiative took by TATA makes an impact and gives major relief to economically backward and middle class society in India. Let the word spread and reach more number of people to know what is happening gives some hope and creates zeal and enthusiasm. As a result, it gives an opportunity to every individual to utilize the services provided by them will reach the society at large and benefit more number of people is the key issue. Being good is one side of a coin and doing good is also another side of the same coin. As we know very well a coin has two sides. If we act as a coin we need to learn and improve our skills on daily basis. Skill development is need of the hour. It gives knowledge to plan well and perform better and the best in real life. Learning is a continuous process. It gives ability to strengthen further in this process. Consistent effort gives the best results. Effort alone yields the fruitful results. If our intentions are good people will support us.
