Beginning always starts with new hopes and aspirations. It is always better to continue the same spirit till the end. At the same time, it should be continued on daily basis. Then only things will happen as we expected. When expectations are high our effort should be more than double. It should be consistent without any gap. Consistent effort gives consistent results. Practice makes us perfect. Perfection gives confidence and courage. Courage gives ability. Ability gives strength. Be strong and stable. If you are strong you can help more people. Be people oriented! Be task oriented! Be as performer! Your effort is your valuable asset. Effort will never go to waste. It has its own value. It needs skill. Skill needs effordability. When you set a goal you can achieve it. Setting goal is not an easy task. It makes you to commit and confirm to stick on your goal. It creates desire. Desire gives determination power. It also gives dedication and sacrifice to focus more on your desired goals.
