Mental courage is defined as the ability to face fears, confront difficult situations, and make tough decisions while maintaining emotional and psychological well-being.

It cultivates inner strength for life’s challenges. Mental courage transforms life through improved confidence, problem solving skills, and resilience. It is also described as the quality of mind that enables one to encounter danger and difficulties with firmness or without fear.

It creates confidence to determine and dedicate to sacrifice and focus more on our desired goals. It generates power within. It also makes us to put a step forward to reach miles and miles in our journey to reach our destination in time. Obstacles and hurdles will happen in routine still we should make up our mind to face them with our courage to win with a positive mindset. Mindset is ultimate. Cultivate a positive mindset to create an environment and make it possible in given time with available resources makes sense and gives meaning. It gives ability to prove and perform better and the best with proper planning. Commitment will create personal values to grow in right direction in right time at the right place for right cause is an art. Identification of courage is essential in daily life to face whether it is physical, social, moral, emotional, intellectual, or spiritul. Each one has its own value. Mindfulness keeps strong in this process and allow us to face in each situation to get the results in our favour and prove as a successful individual in this journey. Application is crucial to find the ways and means in general. Situation plays vital role to take a decision and manage to handle it with proper planning keeps us in safe zone. Safety and security are the top priority. Once you are safe you can handle efficiently. Efficiency is key to play a role in day-to-day life. It makes us smart and active to meet our needs in time. Timely action gives timely results. Results are ultimate. An idea can change this world to great extent. Social courage helps to encourage the leadership activity. Collective strength gives the best results. You become a great orator. You can mobilize the people in large scale to gather at one place to win the task assigned. Moral courage helps to bring the values high and high to do the things. Intellectual courage is willing to learn and improve on our own in day-to-day life. It also helps to widen the wings and spread it widely all over the world. Spiritual courage is the courage to face the spiritual questions raised by different people on different occasions can apply the logic and ventures into phylosophical questions that often unanswerable. It is similar to intellectual courage. Courage is a central theme to apply and overcome the challenges that occur in real life. Then only we can move forward to reach our targets in time. Courage is something that is hard to do. To be courageous you should push through fear and uncertainity. Then only you can achieve anything in this world.
