Procrastinating to deliberately delay doing something that is necessary or important, often because it is unpleasant or boring. It is often associated with a lack of motivation or a desire to avoid discomfort. The term originates from Latin word procastinare,” meaning “to put off until tomorrow”. Procrastinate can lead to negative consequences, such as missed deadlines and increased stress, but it is not solely a matter of laziness. Postponement is nothing but delaying an event or commitment to a later date than originally planned. It results to stop our growth and development over a period of time and leads to stress and strain finally makes us to feel ill and discourage the things happen in time effects a lot in real life. To avoid this type of attitude we should encourage and enhance our skills by cultivating discipline, dedication, determination, and sacrifice makes us to focus more on our desired goals will make it happen through our sincere effort yields fruitful results. It also inspires and empowers us to move forward with great zeal of enthusiasm in order to fetch the best in due course. Action gives results. Be active and alert. Be smart. Cultivate positive attitude to meet positive people to attain the positive results. Results are ultimate. An indea can change this world to a great extent. Mindset is essential. Set your mind to plan well and perform better and the best in given circumstances with the available resources is the right way of living. Discipline is the root cause of everything. Every day is a new opportunity. Opportunities are plenty. We should keep open the door to invite them and allow to listen carefully and observe them to create your own path which makes others to follow. As a result, you will grow as a leader to lead and have your own mark in the minds of others. Leadership is an art. A leader is a reader. We need not read books alone. We can read the minds of people and observe them closely to learn and improve on our own makes an impact. Learning is a continuous process. it gives scope to improve our skills. Skill development is need of the hour.
