International Women’s Day is celebrated annually on March 8 to honor women’s achievements and advocate for gender equality worldwide.

International Women’s Day originated in the early 20th century amid labor movements in North America and Europe, where women demanded better working conditions, fair wages, and voting rights. The first “Women’s Day” was organized by the Socialist Party of America in New York City on February 28, 1909. In 1910, Clara Zetkin and other delegates at the International Socialist Women’s Conference proposed an annual “Women’s Day” to promote equal rights, leading to the first International Women’s Day celebrations in 1911 across Austria-Hungary, Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland. March 8 became widely recognized after women in Petrograd, Russia, went on strike in 1917, contributing to the Russian Revolution. The United Nations officially recognized the day in 1975.

Women’s Day is one of the prominent events to celebrate and encourage women to grow on their own gives economic independence and think freely to prosper makes an impact on the part of our nation as a whole. It feels pride by accomplishing their goals step by step creates confidence and courage to determine and dedicate to sacrifice and focus more on their goals in this respect. Women empowerment is need of the hour. Education plays key role to settle on their own and set an example to others to gain respect in this world in all respects at all times and on all occasions. Gender equality is top most priority. They are no way inferior nor less privileged in any activity if you observe whether it is service sector, entrepreneur, homemaker, defence, empoloyment, Sports, scientific and research, political and social organizations they stood first in front row. They proved as successful individuals in every sector and name it their presence is visible and prove themselves as winners. They always prepare themselves with winning mindset which gives great determination power will set an example to others is the main criteria. Where there is willl there is a way. Willful exercise gives willful results. Mindful exercise gives mindful results. Patience is God given gift to them. They are smooth and will have kindness to receive and accept the challenges that occur in daily life keeps them strong and stable. They are firm and once decided they will never go back. Strong willpower associates to shine bright like a star in the sky to reach beyond imagination. We should invite and give our support to encourage and enhance to the next level in reality on this happy occasion to increase their number and prosper more to bring the society at new heights in this universe. It is the universal fact where the women is respected entire family is respected and prosper to reach peak and creates wonders in the near future. Let us celebrate in a grand manner to congratulate and wish them with great successful years to come and feel more peaceful with high safety is our top priority. Discipline is the root cause for everything. Conduct and character plays vital role in our lives. It is possible only through discipline. Divine power spreads widely if we pray the Almighty and gives more strength to move forward with great zeal of enthusiasm in order to fetch the fruitful results in real life. Show your gratitude towards people in and around to create peace and prosperity in winning mindset. Mindset is ultimate. An idea can change this world to great extent. Thought process is base for everything. It generates and inspires us to feel with positive attitude. Be optimitic! Be powerful! Be active! Action gives results. Results are ultimate.
