Do Fans Want Rosenior As New Chelsea Head Coach? | "Boring, Boring Tottenham."

Author: Sky Sports January 2, 2026 Duration: 44:53
Tom White and Darragh MacAnthony discuss Enzo Maresca’s departure from Chelsea, with Gail Davis reporting on Liam Rosenior emerging as the frontrunner to take over. Chelsea fan Charlie joins the show after previously predicting Maresca would leave in 2026—and admits surprise at how quickly it happened.

We then look at Liverpool’s flat start to the year, drawing 0–0 at home with Leeds. Darragh labels it “like watching paint dry,” with Liverpool fan Montell joining to react to the boos ringing around Anfield at full time.

Next, we look back at Tottenham’s drab goalless draw against Brentford, as chants of “boring, boring Tottenham” rang out at full time. Spurs fan Chris joins to vent his frustration and question Thomas Frank’s lack of creativity.

Finally, we turn to Manchester City after they dropped two points at Sunderland. Despite City sitting four points behind league leaders Arsenal, Darragh remains confident they can still win the title. Chelsea fan Craig and City fan Aston join us to preview the Super Sunday clash between the two sides.
