At 22, I decided to change that. What started as a healthy intention became obsessive. I went from 210 to 145 pounds, but inside, I was losing myself. I remember bingeing peanut butter and jelly after starving all day… then running for miles to punish myself. At 24, I walked into my first 12-step meeting. Over the next year, I experienced deep healing. That journey helped me become incredibly attuned to my intuition—learning how to listen to my body, my emotions, and my inner knowing.
