María:
Hola, ¿cómo estás? Estaba pensando en alquilar un nuevo piso,   no se si un piso amueblado o sin amueblar.
Carlos:
¡Hola, María! Yo te recomiendo buscar un piso amueblado si no quieres gastar tiempo y dinero en comprar muebles. 
María:
 Sí, tienes razón. Estoy buscando un apartamento con una cocina grande, porque me encanta cocinar. He visto un piso en el centro que me gusta pero el alquiler son 1000 euros más gastos a parte. Es un poco caro.
La cocina es grande, pero tiene los electrodomésticos nuevos. El frigorífico y el congelador son grandes. El unico problema es que el salón es pequeño para poner un sofá más.
 También quiero tener una televisión grande para mis momentos de relax.
Carlos:
 Claro, eso es importante. ¿Cuántas habitaciones tiene?
María:
Tiene dos habitaciones. ¡¡No se que hacer!!! el propietario me llama todos los dias desde que fui a verlo.
Carlos:
¿que tipo de contrato debes hacer?
¿Tienes que pagar meses por adelantado y fianza?
María:
Si, son tiempos difíciles para los arrendatarios.
Debo pagar dos meses de alquiler por adelantado más los gastos de luz, agua y comunidad. Es decir, al final de mes será una cantidad demasiado grande.
Carlos:
 tienes sitio para aparcar el coche.
Maria:
No, no tiene parking o garage
Carlos:
ups , entonces yo creo que debes continuar la búsqueda. Me parece un poco caro.
María:
si, quizas busco fuera del centro y así puedo encontrar algo con balcón o terraza.
Carlos:
Suena genial. Si encuentras un ático, tendrás más privacidad y una vista increíble. 
María:
 ¡Eso suena perfecto! Voy a buscar mas opciones. Muchas gracias por los consejos, Carlos.
