Una nueva casa en el centro
Hace dos años, Marta y Juan decidieron comprar una casa. Pasaron mucho tiempo buscando, pero finalmente encontraron una que les gustaba mucho. La casa estaba bien comunicada, cerca del centro de la ciudad, con muchos autobuses y trenes cercanos. Además, el barrio era muy tranquilo y tenía muchos servicios como tiendas y parques. Marta estaba muy contenta porque la casa era muy luminosa con ventanas muy grandes. 
La casa estaba reformada recientemente, es decir, no necesitaban hacer muchas reparaciones. El dueño anterior puso aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones, lo cual era muy importante para ellos. También tenían una plaza de garaje justo al lado de la entrada.
Cuando vieron la casa, Marta y Juan pensaron que esta era la oportunidad perfecta. El precio era razonable y el tamaño de la vivienda era ideal: 80 metros cuadrados de superficie útil y 95 m2 de superficie construida . La casa tenía 2 habitaciones muy espaciosas, un baño, un aseo y un salón cocina.
