Cliente: ¡Hola! Me gustaría alquilar un coche para un viaje que tengo la próxima semana. ¿Qué opciones tienen disponibles?
Agente: ¡Hola! Claro, tenemos varias opciones. ¿Cuánto tiempo planea alquilar el coche? ¿Cuál es la duración del alquiler?
Cliente: Sería de una semana.
Agente: Perfecto. ¿Está buscando algo económico o necesitas un vehículo más grande?
Cliente: Estoy pensando en un monovolumen o quizás un 4x4. Necesito algo con bastante espacio porque viajaré con mi familia y mucho equipaje.
Agente: Claro, tenemos ambos tipos disponibles. Los monovolúmenes son bastante espaciosos, pero si va a conducir por terrenos más difíciles, quizás el 4x4 es una  opción mejor.
Cliente: creo que un 4x4 es mejor, tal vez tenemos que salir de la ciudad. ¿Cómo funciona el contrato de alquiler?
Agente: El contrato de alquiler es bastante sencillo. Solo necesitamos su licencia de conducir. Si es conductor adicional, también necesitamos su carnet. Además, puede elegir entre un seguro a terceros o una cobertura a todo riesgo.
