We are going to start a few episodes about renting an appartment in Spain.
To do this, first we are going to learn some vocabulary that we will be necessary for this topic. With this vocabulary we will build useful conversations.

Edificio
Piso / Apartamento: Vivienda dentro de un edificio.
Ático: Piso en la última planta con terraza.
Estudio: Piso pequeño con una sola habitación.
Bajo: Piso que esta a nivel del suelo
Duplex: dos apartamentos unidos
Casa Adosada: Casa que esta acoplada o conectada a otra
Urbanización/ Residencial: Conjunto de casas o edificios que formn un espacio interior de recreo

Partes de la vivienda
Habitación / Dormitorio: Espacio para dormir.
Salón / Sala de estar: Espacio principal para relajarse.
Cocina: Lugar donde se prepara la comida.
Baño / Aseo: Espacio con lavabo, inodoro y ducha o bañera.
Terraza / Balcón: Espacio exterior pequeño.
Trastero: Espacio para almacenar cosas.
Garaje/sotano : Espacio para aparcar el coche.

He vendido un adosado hace poco, cuando mis hijos vivían ahí, estaba muy bien, porque tenía una urbanización donde jugaban todo el tiempo con otros vecinos. pero era una casa muy grande para mi y ahora vivo en un edifico, en un apartamento pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Mi apartamento tiene una habitación y un salón. El salón es pequeño, pero hay una terraza grande. con vistas a la montaña. También tengo un trastero pequeño. Es muy útil para almacenar cosas que no usamos mucho. Mi cocina es bastante pequeña, pero está bien equipada. Tiene una nevera, lavadora, lavavajillas y una vitrocerámica. El baño de mi piso es pequeño, tengo ducha pero no tengo bañera. A mis hijos les encantaba la bañera pero ahora no la necesito. 
Manuel                                                                                                                                                                        Yo vivo en una casa.  Me gustan las casas porque no me siento encerrado. Tiene un patio con jardín  y estoy todo el tiempo ahí tomando el sol y leyendo.
Mi casa tiene tres habitaciones. Una para mí, otra para mis padres y una más para los invitados. 
Mi cocina es más grande. Tiene una mesa donde comemos y muchas estanterías para libros, me gusta mucho leer. También tengo garage y menos mal, porque el aparcamiento en la zona es muy difícil.
