Have you ever felt confident in your expertise but hesitant to speak up because you didn't want to look incompetent, awkward, or too vulnerable?

Many high-achieving professionals mistakenly believe confidence means being outgoing, assertive, and effortlessly charismatic. In this episode, Dr. Dan Rosenfeld challenges that belief and reveals why introverts often underestimate their confidence by comparing themselves to an extroverted ideal. You'll discover how authenticity, humor, resilience, and self-awareness can help you build genuine confidence without pretending to be someone you're not.

By the end of this fascinating conversation with Dr. Rosenfeld you’ll know:

🔑🔥How strategic vulnerability helps you build trust, credibility, and stronger professional relationships without oversharing.

🧲Why humor is rooted in mindfulness and how simple observation skills can make you more memorable, engaging, and influential.

🔥The three-part confidence equation that helps introverts overcome self-doubt, recover from setbacks, and develop lasting self-confidence.

Press play to discover a practical, authentic approach to confidence that helps you lead, communicate, and influence others while staying true to yourself.
