Usually, the projects on these organizations’ list are small and achievable, requiring amounts between $50,000 to $100,000. We refer to building schools or providing communities with clean water in African countries. In North America, homeless people receive warm meals, clothing, and in some instances, the chance to get a job.
The overhead is small, and no salaries are paid. It builds a spirit of community and generates self-motivation.
