Keeper's Heart Irish+Bourbon Whiskey Review | Old-Fashioned Football (Ep. 249)

JMark and Miranda launch their first in-season whiskey-only episode of Old Fashioned Football with a neat review of Keeper’s Heart Irish Bourbon from O’Shaughnessy Distilling in Minneapolis. They explain the concept of Keeper's, which is Irish whiskey blended with American bourbon at 92 proof. Then they share availability and pricing around $40 (including ordering from keepersheartwhiskey.com), and describe their tasting process and 1–5 rating system. Find out what they get on the nose as well as on the palate and how they score it. They discuss the distillery’s background, tours, events, and a planned Old Fashioned test next week. 00:00 - Show Intro and SGPN App 01:12 - New Whiskey Only Format 02:05 - Why Keepers Heart 03:38 - Review Plan and Charity Note 05:37 - Bottle Level and Pour 06:13 - What Is Irish Bourbon 07:18 - Price and Where to Buy 08:25 - Nose Tasting and Scores 15:58 - Color and First Sip 16:33 - Distillery Origins and Big Names 18:53 - Distillery Backstory 19:54 - Fugit Hora Motto 20:14 - Tasting Notes Debate 23:15 - Scoring The Whiskey 27:30 - Bottle Design Rating 29:16 - Visiting The Distillery 33:01 - Other Releases And Wrap
