019 Why is This the Only Conversation to be in?

I say very often to my clients that this is the only conversation to be in. I do say that a lot, because the understanding of what the mind is, of what reality is, what the self or the identity is, of what is true and what the mind is capable of creating - all of that is liberation for the mind. 

Anything else other than this conversation is going to be an attempt to secure a vulnerable identity, convinced that it is separate from everything else, which is an impossible task. In this episode, I’ll explain in more detail why it’s an impossible task, and what we need to talk about instead.
