Many of us find ourselves wanting to do something, for example to write a book, or to get fit, or to build a business, but we just can’t get ourselves motivated to start on it.  

Where does our motivation come from? How can we get more motivation to do the things that we want to do? It's a great question that opens up the whole area of mind, desire, capacity and real world understanding that starts to make our mind the superpower asset that it really is.

So in this episode, we’re going to discuss and explore the three aspects of our experience of being, and how understanding them unlocks true motivation.
