039 What is Alignment?

Alignment is a word that we use quite a lot on this podcast and in this conversation. But what is really alignment and how can we recognise it or reach it? 

In this episode, we are going to look at alignment in three areas - dealing with misalignment to settle into the truth, behaviour changing as a result of understanding how our mind really operates, and the movement of intelligence and consciousness into the real world. 

And once we’ve recognised alignment and understood the perfection of the design of our superpowered mind, it’s a train that goes all the way, for the rest of our lives.
