As Christmas is approaching, let’s dedicate today’s conversation to the greatest gift of all. 

There is enormous conditioning around the holiday season. It looks like at Christmas, we want to have all of the things we are told we should have - happiness, the perfect family, the right amount of attention and praise for what we do. We want to give and receive the right gifts that show us that someone knows us and that will make us peaceful, happy and joyful. 

But none of this is possible to achieve. Those are the unachievable wants of our mind. So what is it that we can give and receive instead, what would be the true gift of the holidays? Let’s find out in this episode.
